Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Wednesday Women! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wednesday Women website (the “Site”) and participation in the Wednesday Women Executive Membership (the “Membership”). By accessing the Site or becoming a member of the Membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and members. Wednesday Women, LLC (“Wednesday Women,” “we,” or “us”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site or Membership after changes indicates acceptance.
Eligibility and Membership
The Wednesday Women Executive Membership is exclusively for professional women with executive-level experience (VP or higher or equivalent). By registering or participating as a member, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility criterion. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Membership may require an application or vetting process. Wednesday Women reserves the right to accept or decline membership applications at its discretion. Providing false eligibility information may result in termination without refund.
Keep account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at founders@wednesdaywomen.org of unauthorized account access.
Member Guidelines and Code of Conduct
All members must abide by our Member Guidelines, hosted on our membership platform (ScaleGrowth.ai). By joining, you agree to follow these principles:

Respectful Conduct: Treat all members with respect and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior is prohibited.

No Solicitation: Members may not use the Membership to advertise or solicit services/products unless explicitly permitted by Wednesday Women.

Safe Space: Members should foster an inclusive, supportive space for authentic conversations.

Privacy and Confidentiality: Respect privacy. Sensitive or personal information shared by members must remain confidential and not be shared externally without permission.
Violations may lead to disciplinary action, including membership termination without refund.
Membership Fees and Payment
Membership requires payment of an annual fee:

Recurring Annual Subscription: Your membership automatically renews annually on the anniversary of your initial payment date (“Renewal Date”). Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled according to the cancellation policy below.

Automatic Billing via Stripe: Membership fees are automatically billed annually via Stripe. You authorize Wednesday Women and Stripe to charge your payment method provided upon enrollment. It’s your responsibility to keep payment information updated.

No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable once processed.
Wednesday Women may adjust membership fees in the future. Members will receive notice in advance. Continuing after a fee change constitutes acceptance.
Cancellation and Renewal
You may cancel membership with notice:

Advance Notice Required: Cancellation requires at least 10 days’ advance notice before your Renewal Date. Late cancellations or missed deadlines resulting in processed payments will not be refunded.

How to Cancel: Email cancellation requests to founders@wednesdaywomen.org clearly indicating your membership email.

Effect of Cancellation: After cancellation, membership remains active until the end of the paid annual term. No refunds for partial-year usage.
Termination by Wednesday Women
Wednesday Women reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership at our discretion for violations of these Terms or Member Guidelines or for any lawful reason. No refunds will be provided for terminated memberships.
Member Content and License
Member Content: Members may post or share content such as discussions, comments, photos, resources, or other materials (“Member Content”). You retain ownership of your Member Content unless explicitly transferred in a separate agreement.
Privacy and Confidentiality: Content shared within Membership is accessible by members. Mark content explicitly as “Confidential” if intended only for internal use.
License to Use Content: By posting non-confidential content, you grant Wednesday Women a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content for promotional and membership purposes.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided by Wednesday Women (text, graphics, logos, materials, etc.) is the intellectual property of Wednesday Women, LLC, or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit these materials without explicit permission from Wednesday Women.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. Please read our Privacy Policy here. By using our services, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy and agree to data practices described therein.
Limitation of Liability
Wednesday Women, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Membership. Liability is capped at fees paid by you during the 12 months preceding the claim or $100, whichever is greater.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Wednesday Women provides the Site and Membership “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” disclaiming all warranties (expressed or implied). We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Wednesday Women, LLC (including its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates) from claims or damages arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of Membership, violation of laws, or content posted by you.
Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted to the Site. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance. It’s your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your membership shall be subject exclusively to courts in Texas.
Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Member Guidelines constitute the entire agreement.

Severability: Invalid provisions will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law; other terms remain valid.

No Waiver: Non-enforcement of a provision does not constitute waiver.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. Wednesday Women may assign these Terms without restriction.

No Agency: No partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by these Terms.
