Wednesday Women is one of the most engaged event partners we've ever worked with. From bringing in standout main stage speakers, hosting packed networking sessions to introducing an exceptional group of female executives to our event - Leslie and Melissa have built a community that sticks together, turns up and delivers. I’m part of many women-first communities but there’s something very special about the events that the WW Team lead. Purely authentic, real, high quality and extremely intentional.

So unique for a networking event to also be about connecting at such human and authentic levels. The sharing of both triumphs and struggles was so genuine. We could all set aside our "everything is great" facade. Refreshing on so many levels.

This was by far the best professional networking event I have ever attended. What set is apart from others was the authenticity. The goal was truly connection and support - there was no pitching, or posturing at all.

We showed up not knowing what to expect and were immediately welcomed. Greeted at the door. Introduced to people so conversations didn’t feel forced or awkward. Nothing over‑engineered. Nothing stuffy. Just real people being real. I walked away genuinely thankful. Thankful for the invite, the warmth and thankful I took the small leap to step outside my comfort zone.

I've said before that if public speaking is the # 1 fear, followed closely by death at # 2, I'm pretty sure networking slides in comfortably at # 3. But here's the thing, it turned out to be the most genuine, organic, and immediate community I've ever experienced and I don't say that lightly. I walked into that room not knowing a single soul, and left with a community I didn't even know I needed. I can't help but think about what a difference having a group like this would have made earlier in my executive roles—the support, the perspective, the unfiltered honesty.

If you have the opportunity to attend a Wednesday Women dinner, DO IT! I have attended many professional happy hours, networking events, event dinners, and breakfasts and this was BY FAR the best. The people, the authenticity, and the conversation were all so incredible.

SaaStockUSA absolutely got it right by starting their event with a Wednesday Women event, not tucked away at the end like an afterthought. It was literally the first thing you saw when you walked into the meeting space on Day 1. What a way to set the tone for the entire event. More of that, please!

We need MUCH more of this in Saas. In my literally 20+ years in tech, have I seen so many exceptionally talented, present, open to support people in one place. And it was a TON of women! I have NEVER seen that many women in tech in one place.
