“I’m actually a member of both Pavilion and Wednesday Women, because they compliment each other really well. I get structured learning, the opportunity to mentor younger members, and great GTM-specific resources with my Pavilion membership. Whereas WW is industry-agnostic and gets me out of that GTM bubble and  provides a safe space and genuine conversations with women I know are facing the same challenges I am. Plus, since Pavilion is pretty large, I get a sense of intimacy with WW that is really meaningful.”

“There are a few WW members who are or used to be members of Chief, and it definitely has its perks (those clubhouses - WOW.) WW is pretty different from Chief, for a few reasons. First, I think the Chief experience is somewhat less personalized and more transactional because of their massive growth (with 20k members!), whereas the WW vibe is more curated and focused. I’ve also noticed that WW really wants to support and celebrate women behind the titles in a smaller, more personal way.  The personal intros members make and the enthusiasm for uplifting one another makes the whole experience truly fulfilling.”

Who is a Wednesday Women Executive Member?
  • Are, or have been, VP-level or above. That includes current execs, advisors, fractional leaders or others  who currently hold/have previously held a VP+ (or equivalent) title. 

  • From any industry. What connects our members isn’t what they do, but how they lead.

  • Accomplished and values-driven. Our members have done amazing things throughout their careers, and continue to strive.   They’re highly focused on fulfillment, visibility, and impact. 

  • Generous connectors. They show up with humility and reciprocity, excited to both give and get. .

  • Craving depth over noise. They are not looking to do more performative or transactional networking.  They are, instead, looking for real, thoughtful connections on topics that matter.

  • Hungry for visibility — but not self-promotion. They’re ready to be recognized for their ideas and impact, and value being lifted up by others. However, they may hold back from promoting their own achievements due to a variety of reasons – including lack of bandwidth or confidence.

  • Time-constrained, but intentional. Despite busy calendars, they make time for high-quality spaces where the people are sharp, the conversations are real, and there is clear impact on professional or personal growth.

What does the application entail? 
  • The application asks basic information about you, your current and prior roles, and if you agree with our Core Principles. It will also ask you to consider what you’d most like to give and get from being a member. It’s free to apply and shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes!

Do you offer tiered membership?

No, and that’s intentional. Wednesday Women is designed as a fully curated experience, where every element of membership works together to create value: from 1:1 intros and expert-led sessions, to visibility opportunities and private founder access. We believe that dividing the experience into tiers would dilute what makes it powerful: a sense of shared access, trust, and mutual investment. Every member contributes to and benefits from  the full experience. 

How much does membership cost?

An annual membership is $1,100 (which comes out to less than $100 a month). Memberships are paid annually or quarterly.

What are the guidelines for members?

Wednesday Women Executive Membership has community guidelines that all members must adhere to. During the application process, members are asked to agree with the following 4 core principles:

  • Executive experience: “I currently or previously have held a VP+ level role or equivalent.” (We encourage women to apply, even if they’re not sure.)

  • Abundance mindset: “I’ll celebrate others loudly and will take introductions as well as make them.” 

  • No solicitation: “I will not solicit or sell to members - except at designated opportunities to do so. ”

  • Safe space: “I will foster conversations and spaces where women can bring their true selves and agree to keep member information private.”

Other Key Guidelines:

  • ✌️ Speak kindly: We welcome divergent and difficult conversations, even about controversial issues. However, we do not allow insults, condescension, hate speech or any other demeaning behavior.

  • 👐 Come with a giving mindset, but don't be afraid to ask for help: We are all here to connect with peers and uplift each other. We all also have needs/hurdles/challenges and you should not be shy to ask for something from the membership. Just remember that what you give will return to you 10x.

  • 🚫 There are no "-isms" allowed here: When we say no bullying, sexism, racism, or any other nasty type of ‘ism’, we mean it. We want everyone here to feel welcome and to appreciate and respect the different experiences we all bring to the Membership.

  • 🔏 Privacy Please: The ask for privacy in our principles extends to virtual and in-person events, 1:1 meetups, and any member communication on or off the platform.

What happens when guidelines are violated?

Wednesday Women will take action if you violate these guidelines. Depending on the situation, you may get a verbal warning or you may have your membership revoked. We aren't playing around here. Creating and maintaining a safe and valuable space is paramount.
