We are hosting one of our much-loved Coffee & Conversation events this year at WeAreDevelopers World Congress North America — a flagship event taking place September 23–25 at the San José Convention Center. On the morning of September 24, our space on the floor is your home base: grab a cup of coffee, meet the women leading tech and engineering teams in the age of AI, and start your day with people worth knowing.

WeAreDevelopers spent over a decade in Europe building a conference that genuinely reflects its developer community, including strong female representation among both speakers and attendees. As they bring it to the US, they asked us to help set that foundation from the start.
So Wednesday Women will be there to create a space where you can focus on presence, not perfection. You'll find small rounds of six to eight women, honest conversation, no pitching, no posturing.
